The Specialty Of Family Medicine
The specialty of family medicine was charged with the goal of comprehensive care of families throughout their lives. After medical school, these physicians complete a three-year specialty training program that provides up-to-date knowledge and skills. Because of this, they can treat a myriad of diseases, explain them to you with language you understand and work to promote health without losing sight of your role in your family and community.

Before Your Appointment
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment
- Bring insurance cards
- Bring any medications you are currently taking
Prescription Refills
Please call early in the day for routine refills. Please leave the medication name, dose and how many times you take per day. Your physician will review your chart to best maintain your health. If you have a question or concern about your medication, please contact your nurse.
