Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and Phoebe Golden Key 55 Plus are pleased to be a sponsor of CaringBridge, a free, non-profit, easy-to-use internet service developed to keep friends and family informed during important life events – medical treatment, childbirth, rehabilitation or end-of-life-care.

In only a few minutes, a secure, personalized web page can be created. Family members can easily provide updated information by writing journal entries and displaying photos for their CaringBridge community. Available 24 hours a day, visitors to the web page can send messages of support and encouragement in the guestbook.

Anyone can use the service, and support is available if you have any questions. Visitors who are provided the unique web page address and optional password can read the journal and send their own messages of support and encouragement for patient and family.

How to connect:

1. Go to www.caringbridge.org (you may also click on the CaringBridge logo above).
2. Click on "Create a CaringBridge site" and follow the easy directions. Please select "Phoebe Putney – Albany, Georgia" from the drop down menu for the "care facility" (right side of page).
3. Tell your friends and family about your CaringBridge site.
