John Edward Vance, JR., MD

Dr. Ed Vance is currently a full-time Internal Medicine Physician for Albany Area Primary Health Care. He is also the Clinic Director for Lee Medical Arts Center in Leesburg, Georgia.

Dr. Vance received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Morehouse College in 1996. He attended medical school at the Emory University School of Medicine from 1996-2000; and completed his internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center from 2000-2001. Dr. Vance completed his Internal Medicine Residency from 2001-2003 at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center.

In 2003, Dr. Vance began his current position as Internal Medicine Physician and Clinic Director. In 2009, he also became the Clinical Densitometry for Albany Area Primary Health Care.

Phoebe does not currently conduct or support studies involving prisoners, children, pregnant women, human fetuses or neonates.
