Dr. Richard Bowe is currently a full-time Anesthesiologist and Senior Vice President of Physician Practices with the Phoebe Physician Group.

He attended college and medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1977-1983; and completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center from 1983-1984.

Dr. Bowe completed his residency from 1986-1987 as the Chief Resident, Department of Anesthesia, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. In 1988, he became a Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesia.

Dr. Bowe then went to work for the Wichita Clinic as a Staff Anesthesiologist from July 1987-June 1988. In June 1988, he joined Albany Anesthesia Associates. In 2011, Albany Anesthesia Associates joined the Phoebe family as Phoebe Anesthesia.

Phoebe does not currently conduct or support studies involving prisoners, children, pregnant women, human fetuses or neonates.
