Joyce Baranski, RN

Joyce Baranski is currently the Team Leader for Compliance & HIPAA with the Phoebe Putney Health System.

Ms. Baranski received her AD in Nursing Science from The Michael J. Owens Community College in Perrysburg, Ohio. She also received her BA in Organizational Leadership from LaGrange College.

Ms. Baranski began her career as a Charge Nurse at St. Lukes Hospital in 1978, later accepting positions at Briarfield Health Care Center, Caring Certified Services, Heritage Health Care Services, Western Medical Services, and Battle Creek Health System. In 2001, Ms. Baranski joined Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital as a staff nurse.

In 2004, Ms. Baranski became the Compliance Auditor for the Phoebe Putney Health System and moved into her current role in 2005.

Phoebe does not currently conduct or support studies involving prisoners, children, pregnant women, human fetuses or neonates.
