Art of Health and Healing Exhibit

 Art of Health and Healing ExhibitA Phoebe gift in celebration of our centennial, this exhibition will explore the relationship between visual art, health and healing, through works by artists, both ancient and contemporary as well as works by medical illustrators.




Opening Reception
Thursday, October 13
7 - 9 p.m.
The Albany Museum of Art

Artists will include Leonard Baskin, Theodoros Stamos, and Lamar Dodd among others. Works will be on loan from some of the region's best museums including the High Museum of Art, Atlanta, and medical illustrations on loan from the Medical College of Georgia.

Exhibition dates: October 13 - December 31.
