The Network of Trust: Reaching Out to Pregnant Teens in Albany, Georgia

The Network of Trust program is an in-school, interactive outreach program for pregnant and parenting teens.

This program is implemented in three phases and addresses teen dads as well as teen moms.

The specially designed curriculum includes:

  • The Baby Think It Over Program: Using a computerized lifelike doll to expose teens to the never-ending responsibilities of parenthood.
  • The Postponing Sexual Involvement: A nationally acclaimed program created by Emory University Hospital that educates teens on how to deal with the physical and emotional challenges of today’s sexual society.
