General Guidelines

Members of the community or news media are welcome to call our PR/Marketing department for press releases, calendar listings, and news about Phoebe regarding healthcare experts, medical services, facilities, community events and patient stories.

We also invite inquiries about medical topics and will work to put you in touch with a medical professional who can address the subject.

Interviews

Media representatives and photographers must contact the PR/Marketing department when they are interested in locating a source for a story. It is our job to connect you with the best source and contact for the interview. It also saves you time and additional work.

We frequently arrange for patients to participate in interviews and to be photographed. However, written permission of the patient is needed before photos or interviews can be obtained. Formal consent forms are handled through the PR/Marketing department. If the patient is a minor, permission must be obtained from a parent or legal guardian. Please help us protect our patients’ privacy by not interviewing them or photographing them until we obtain written consent.
